The therapist was nice and friendly, did her job fast and made it less painful. The place itself is small and looks kind of "trashy" from the outside, but when you get in everything changes. Nice and cosy, I quite enjoyed my experience and environment. Rated 4 stars because a little bit of hair was left unwaxed, but for the price it was worth it.

Less prep. Hair left, only one wood stick used ( double/triple dipping ) Mihaela was sooo bad. She tried to remove the wax even before they are dry do it got stick and it was painful! Very rushed and not in a nice area. Will NEVER go back! I don't know why they got high reviews ... No way! I'd pay more and go to other shops
