Went for my first wax (had a hollywood) and so obviously was a little nervous, the staff were lovely and very professional, was no where near as painful as i expected and was over in just 15 minutes. Very impressed with the value and the service, however i will say i agree with other reviewers; from the outside it doesn't look like much but its definitely not a representation of the service you receive.

I requested to have Claudia but didn't get her. However, Claudia was around to advise when I needed her. The lady I got to cut my hair didn't have very good English, which I find so important, however she was a very friendly nice lady who did a good job.
This salon is quite far from where I live and more basic than I'm used to but I continue to return as the prices are good and staff, environment and workmanship is great.
