I asked for Mihaela because I had a good experience with her before. I got someone else, who was nice, but not quite as good - had Hollywood wax and wasn't quite as thorough as I would have liked. Also charged me extra for hot wax which I wasn't aware of before. Other than that, great salon and good prices if you go through Treatwell.
