Absolutely terrible experience.
1) My appointment was 30 minutes delayed
2) When she finally got to me she rushed everything
3) My legs and brazilian waxing was terrible, hair still left here and there
4) Before she had finished waxing me, she ran out of the room to attend to the other client waiting. I had to ask her colleague to tell her to come back as I still had a whole area of hair left on one of my legs... she came back, saw the hair and apologised.
Overall the experience was awful. I had a party to go go the next day and I couldn't wear the dress I wanted due to a terrible wax job on my legs.
The thing is, I think this therapist would have been pretty ok had she focused on doing a thorough wax job on me rather than running around being stressed and attending to multiple clients.
I have previously had waxing done at this venue, and I had a good experience, the therapist at that time was the owner, Claudia.
