I was taken in for my treatment some 20 minutes later than what it was booked for. Meawhile, I was offered tea and biscuits, and though this could not be any less than irritating for those with little time to spare, I know of no other place that offers a Hollywood wax for a price like theirs. Anyway, the lady who performed the treatment was very nice and really informative about the procedure and about sciency stuff in her field. Perfect for a curious mind like mine (I can tell why she was late by how much time she took to talk me through everything I was wondering about).
If you can stand a wait, this is definitely a tip-top place to go to. Will come again!

Waxing was spot on and not painful at all. The ambience is not amazing (the waxing is in a very small room just outside the hairdressing area) but the staff is very nice and friendly and I would definitely recommend it.

This was an incredible experience! As someone who hasn't had a bikini wax in a while I had that common fear of the pain and having someone you have just met pretty much see you naked haha. However Hazel was absolutely incredible, she put me so at ease and clearly such a professional that you know you are in good hands. She is also such a perfectionist, that she went over checking that there were no hairs left anywhere. In terms of pain, with the legs she was very quick which meant that after the first two or three strips you barely noticed it. With the bikini wax, she spoke me through how to make it as painless as possible. Afterwards I actually rebooked straight away. Really pleased with the results and recommend it highly.

The full body was very good value for £40. I have been a few times and recommend it. However the staff wax really quickly which I find does not give a total clean finish but that might be the fact I use to shave! Staff are lovely. Highly recommend it.
