Unfortunately the threading experience wasn't great on this occasion. It was carried out in the middle of the salon, in one of the waiting room chairs, which was slightly awkward. The therapists were running quite late. The treatment itself wasn't as thorough as it could have been, which is a shame because the salon is usually extremely good, but I would recommend it more for other treatments. As always good value for money.

The best wax I have ever had. A full legs, underarms and bikini wax is never going to be relaxing, but this was the least painful experience I have ever had. Hazel is very good at her job.

I just wanted to get my roots done. Unfortunatelly, the color of the new highlights is completely different of the one I had previously. The highlights are waaay too thick so they do not look natural....and I still have a small root on the top of my head.... My hair has now two different colors... not happy..... :(

Hazel was a lovely, efficient and experienced therapist. The hollywood and leg wax was very pain-free and smooth - she took care of me very well! Been to Claudia's a few times and always had a good experience.
