Not as good as when I've been before. Had a different therapist this time and the wax wasn't as professional because there were still some hairs left. Also they've put their prices up so it doesn't make it as such good value. But I would still go back again because out of all the times I've been, this is the only time I have had something close to a complaint.

Tip top session! Left feeling like a very well valued customer. Will deffo be back ! My brazilian was optimal ! Fantastic
Only complaint would be that I was not offered a drink or something to read while I was waiting for my appointment.
Xenia - who did my treatment was excellent. Very friendly, made me feel comfortable and paid for my next appointment with her after my treatment. The hot wax they use for my Hollywood was really good, less pain and felt smoother.
The manager Claudia was really nice and friendly too.
Great value for what you get, especially in London!
