Only complaint would be that I was not offered a drink or something to read while I was waiting for my appointment.
Xenia - who did my treatment was excellent. Very friendly, made me feel comfortable and paid for my next appointment with her after my treatment. The hot wax they use for my Hollywood was really good, less pain and felt smoother.
The manager Claudia was really nice and friendly too.
Great value for what you get, especially in London!

Quite good value for money but pretty low level of customer service by the management and communication was difficult at times as some of the staff didn't speak English well.
This was a good value for money, the venue was clean and the service was good. Booking at the last minute was very easy
