I really like this venue I've donne my waxing there a couple of times but I had an issue getting through the phone with the salon what was really inconvenient to me. And I got there earlier and it wasn't as busy as they said, it was basically empty and they couldn't change my appointment for earlier because they were busy with an empty salon, I've traveled really far to get there and I couldn't even get throught them by phone. You should be more honest with your costumers!
