Do not go there!!! You will end up doing hair cut and highlights the way they want not the way customer wants. I booked my hair cut and highlights from Groupon paid £39, expected to have a nice hair cut and nice highlights .....end up doing only haircut, apparently the highlights the way I wanted cost £30 more, but I just wanted highlight not from the top but slightly invisible that all, she didn't wanted to do that, and was very unhappy as I didn't do the way she wanted. Women who done my hair cut, was nice and done ok job, but overall my experience was awful, not gonna recommend....
I have had a wonderful hair cut with Claudia, short, curly hair, not easy! Very much recommended!

The hair colouring was ok, nothing bad - nothing special. Ambiance was ok for the price. Staff was nice and friendly. But the haircut, oh no! My hair is short, so a good/bad cut shows itself very easily. My hair was asymmetric in the end (not intentionally), and the hair ends were so thick that I was looking ridiculous. To fix it, the lady cut it more and more that my hair ended up very short, and again it looked ridiculous. I'll go to another hairdresser to fix it! Don't recommend this place for haircutting!

I bought a voucher that I would never be able to use as they never ever ever answer the phone or my emails...... 2 weeks calling, leaving messages, emailing them through their website and also through my email server: NO ANSWER!!
Really great appointment - as always! Staff were very friendly and service great. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely go back for more - and other - treatments.
