The man doing my nails was exceptionally rough. He barely left my nails to soak before trying to scrape the gel off and then tried to use the electric drill on my bare nails instead of buffing them. Even then, I had to ask him to stop because he as hurting me. Then he used the cuticle cutters to remove skin where he’s painted messily at the end of the manicure. I’ve been to this venue many times before and been very happy, so it’s incredibly disappointing to have had this experience.

I usually love this place and always get my nails done here. However today I got home and had to reshape the nails I just had done as they were very wonky. I also had to wait over 30 minutes for my scheduled appointment. Hope this is a one off and next time the team will be back up to their usual excellence.
