This is my usual and local nail bar, always have a good manicure and reasonably priced. Unfortunately they take on way too many bookings and actually having a booking makes no difference as you will still have to wait. This time I waited 45 mins to be seen, they are always also working on someone else so it does feel as though they are not focused on the job. Real shame as they do a good job!

Very disappointed today, pedicure was rushed, had to then move as she didn’t know I was booked for manicure, I asked for round she says short - I respond just a little bit but she does them very short and then dismissed me when I told her! If the staff actually spoke to you this wouldn’t be a problem, it’s like they have become a victim of their own success.
