Usually great service here with all of the women I’ve had in the past. This time I had a guy who spoke limited English and did a less than acceptable job. He rushed through my pedicure and caught my cuticles twice, one very badly making it bleed a lot. I asked him to put some antiseptic on but he looked at me with a blank face and had to get one of the women to translate. Same problem when he was using the metal object to push my nail cuticles back. He was doing it too hard and when I tried to explain he didn’t understand. I think from now on I’ll request a woman each time as I’ve always had excellent service here before
