Very hectic experience. My services started around 40 minutes after my appointment was meant to start. Pedicure was very rushed and then the manicure was done at the pedicure station, with the nail technician standing the whole time - very odd and uncomfortable for both of us. My hands look okay, which is why I’m giving three stars.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. At first I thought I was in good hands and that staff were lovely, but I soon realised this was to hide their exploitative agenda. I pre paid for my nails on this app at a cost of £33 including additional design on two of my nails.
When my nails were finished the nail technician told me that a full set was not £30 but in fact £38 and that I would have to pay an additional cost of £5 for the length of my nails, which he did not mention before hand, so that I could then choose to have them shorter to avoid the extra cost. Despite the fact that I had already paid the extra £3 for my nail design which was a simple 4 petal flower, he charged me an addition £10 because in his opinion this was not a simple design and so he needed to charge more. This was not specified online and in fact the description specifically stated that all designs cost the same. In my opinion this was as simple as a design could get. So in total be charged £13 for a simple little flower than took him 5 minutes. I was then charged an addition £10 to remove my nails, despite the fact that majority of them had already been removed. The nail tech who was at first joking and laughing suddenly extorted me and collected his things and left immediately without so much as a smile or a goodbye. I felt cheated and taken advantage of. I paid an additional £33 on top of the £33 I already paid for my nails. So I was charged £66 in total for a standard gel nail set. I felt sick to my stomach at his behaviour and the salons ability to get away with this. Not mention I booked a time slot and still had to wait 1hour for them to start my nails. There was no ventilation and the strong chemical smell started to make me feel sick, so I had to ask for a mask. Appalling service.
