I booked here for the first time as the reviews were good. When I arrived for my appointment no one greeted me. Me and 2 other customers was stood there waiting to get someone’s attention for like 5 minutes. My appointment was at 6pm, I didn’t sit down to get my nails started until 6.30.
I then explained what I wanted and was told I couldn’t have a different colour tip, only white. although on there list of services it offers multiple colour tips for £15 so I didn’t understand why I couldn’t get a different colour tip.
I had paid In advance and the woman reassured me she would contact Treatwell to refund me for the nail tips I had paid for. I then got in touch with Treatwell and they said they had tried to contact the salon and was ignored.
On top of this the lack of colours was not great. They had walk ins being sat down before appointments and it seemed very chaotic in there. I would avoid.

Usually excellent but yesterday, everything was off. Water was cold in the foot spa. Timings were awry. I was very late getting out which caused me problems. I was only in yesterday as the last mani peeled off. Hopefully back on track next time. Love this place, and the team, so fingers crossed.
