Have been coming to My Nails for years but the last 3 times I have been there it's been awful - 40 min waiting times, too busy, poor Mani and Pedi, fingers cut, nails cut wrong etc. Such a shame as they used to be amazing. Never again!

Waited half an hour after my appointment team to be seen. I would suggest that they stop taking walk ins on top of appointments without checking how many people they have to see that day.
