The colour is fantastic, Sarah did an amazing job at explaining each steps of the colouring process. The cut is good but lacking a smooth finish. Overall great place to go, would definitely recommend!

Room where you receive your wax is tiny and not very private, the door opens straight onto the rest of the floor. The wax was poor. Wax was too hot and beautician went over and over the same spot making the experience more painful than it needed to be. Also, stripping off wax was not in a smooth motion, beautician did not hold the skin taut thus causing more pain. I will not be going back.
