I arrived early but i was invited in and offered a drink; about 1O minutes later a member of staff checked to see if i wanted another drink. Lots of up to date magazines to read which is a bonus, comfortable seating. The shampoo part was wonderful because of the head massage, this was the best part. Bit disappointed with the cut because i was hoping for a re-style - however, i do realise my hair is straight and fine so there is not much to do with it. I was offered a consultation with a colourist. I would have loved a small glass of wine afterwards but was not offered one so I never had my glass of wine!! never mind, it was all very nice.
Fabulous experience. The staff were great, my stylist was very good and very friendly. The salon was nice and easy to get to. I would definitely recommend this salon, it was a great experience.
I would definitely recommend Lisa Shepherd salon on Moritmer Street, London. A lady called Rena (sp?) cut my hair and was brilliant at taming my curly wurly locks. I would definitely repeat visit.
Generally a good deal because of the price, and I found the hairdresser to be well skilled, but I don't think he listened to me all that well, and am happier now my hair has grown out a bit. I wasn't very impressed with the free hair treatment, I wasn't even aware that I had had it- apparently it was a special conditioner, but I wouldn't say that my hair felt any silkier than when I use regular products. Beacuse of the price it was worth the haircut, but I would be inclined to try a different salon in future.
Hair stylist was lovely and did a good job on my hair, however I was disappointed with the 'hair treatment' in comparison with other treatments I have received elsewhere - it was more like a 1 minute conditioner which was given by a not so friendly member of the staff. Otherwise a good experience.
