Lovely salon and friendly staff - couldnt fault it, nice area where they have a fridge to help yourself to drinks etc. Price for the treatment was definitely a bargain and has helped reduced the time I need to straighten my hair each day!

i had the Brazillian Blow Dry on my very long, and naturally wavy/frizzy hair. I must say that I have been very impressed with the results. It took the very able Tom 2 hours from start to finish in the salon with my hair looking very shiny and straight. A good hairdresser can achieved this on my hair with good blow drying and straightening, so I was keen to see how my hair would be after washing. I obeyed all of the rules set to me, don't wash for 3 days or even get the hair wet, don't tie up or put behind my ears etc etc. I have now washed and styled my hair several times and it still looks really good. I do still need to use straighteners to get perfectly straight, but I don't need any styling products at all and my hair has retained the shine and is just so much softer and frizz free. As Tom said, now I've had one, I'll always want one! I found the staff and the Lisa Shepherd salon itself a really good experience and Tom in particular was vey good. It was my first time there, and was very pleased. I will definitely be making the effort to return.

I had my hair cut with Tom, who was very talkative and made me feel at ease quickly. he gave good advice on letting my hair grow and I was delighted with the cut. Having short, fine hair it can be difficult to cut. I have booked an appointment for Jan and would recommend this salon as the staff were lovely and haircut brilliant

I went for a mini brazilian keratin treatment and was pleased with the result. The salon has a nice ambience and all the mod cons you would want from a hairdresser...ie coffee bar, massaging chairs, magazines etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff are really friendly and my hairdresser, Tom was very approachable and listened to what I wanted and took time styling my hair, even offering a free trim cut if I changed my mind later on. The tea-making facilities and laptop access are a nice touch and overall I was made welcome.
