Staff were really lovely here and they had a great area for waiting while they dye was setting in my hair with access to the internet, magazine and a great coffee machine. The hair colourist was really friendly and she gave me great advice for which colour and dye type to go for - overall a really pleasant experience.

I was delighted with my Brazilian blow dry at Lisa Shepherd on Mortimer Street. I was taken through straight away, and my stylist (Tom, I think) was great - very knowledgeable about the treatment, really efficient (this was a lunchtime appointment so I was limited to 60 minutes, which he was mindful of), and just very pleasant to talk to. I was invited to use the free wifi zone whilst waiting for the treatment to take, which I think is a brilliant idea - too often you end up flicking through dog-eared magazines whilst waiting for treatments or colour to take in a salon, so I thought this was a great touch. As it happens I wanted to read magazines (as I was on my lunch break!), so I was given a good selection, offered a drink, and left to relax. I was really pleased with the results, and was given good after-care advice by my stylist. A great salon, cannot fault it in any way .

Great central venue and top stylist. enjoyed and complimentary drinks and snacks and totally loved the fully reclining chairs when hair was being washed. Will defin recommend this venue and offer, was excellent value for money

It was nice to have so many refreshment options, but I was a bit confused about the self-service and what was included, so I stuck to a simple cup of tea! My hairdresser was honest about how much hair I needed to cut off, rather than telling me what I wanted to hear. She also provided good advice on products I should be using, but didn't pressure me to buy them at all. I was quite happy with the haircut, but the blowdry was just normal.

It was my second time at Lisa Shepard, and I was very happy after my first time when I got a fantastic hair cut done by Rena. So my expectations were high and I am glad to say they got it right for the second time too!
My treatment started with shampooing (and my favourite massage chair experience!) which was done by the same nice guy as last time, so I got a great head massage as well :)
And then the treatment, my hair nourished in the Keratin elixir followed by blow dry. My hair was gorgeous, lovely silky touch on all length (I have quite long hair) and it was so easy to manage the hair. I have curly hair (not extremely curly) and it did not straighten the hair completely, but it certainly makes the curls nicer and the hair doesn't look messy.
That was only Mini Keratin treatment but it has been almost 4 weeks now and I still enjoy this lovely silkiness - and my friend actually complemented me yesterday saying how great my hair look like now.
Great place with professional and friendly staff - 5 * and it's my favourite place at the moment. I was given a discount voucher and I will be back for more soon :)))
