I was very pleased with the service I received from Lisa Shepherd and would happily go back. The stylist was very nice and gave me lots of useful tips for my unruly curly hair. The only small criticism I would have is they had me waiting in their reception area for 15 minutes and, although refereshments were available, did not offer me any refreshments or point me in the direction of the glasses. Was I supposed to help myself or were they supposed to ask me and serve me the drink? Other than that, very happy with my visit and would give 4 1/2 stars if I could.

Was relatively happy with the cut and colour...great value but wouldn't be so wowed that I would return and pay full price. In the beginning I felt the stylist that I had was really rude and very stand offish...not at all willing to talk to me about my oprions for a cut and colour but just wanting me to say exactly what I wanted and he would then do it for me...I tend to like to get recommendations from the stylists as I feel they are the experts. All in all thought good value for a one off but I wouldn't go back as a full paying customer.

Lovely new salon, relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. No looking down on you despite coming with a voucher. A bit disappointed in the treatment though. My hear is soft, true, but nothing a good conditioner wouldn't do. It looks like the real benefit only shows when you style your hair (I mostly let mine dry naturally) - I straightened this morning and the hair feels a bit heavier than usual, but without styling there's not much difference...

Staff were really friendly and made you feel welcome waiting area was nice with drinks and things to stop you getting bored like magazines and internet which made the waiting time relaxed

I would have to say that this offer was quite misleading. It was not a full Brazilian blow dry which lasts for months but rather only lasts a maximum of 3 washes, which really was quite disappointing. If I had known I would not have bought the deal.
