The salon is very friendly and welcoming. The only thing is each hairdresser switches around so I had one doing a colour and one my hair cut and in between they saw other clients whilst I was waiting for my hair to take. Sometimes the timing was off so I had to sit and wait.
Excellent colour and excellent styling.
A great value experience, brilliant facilities and they were more than accommodating with my four year-old daughter, who was happily able to use their table and have drinks.
As the the treatment, the mini Brazilian Blow Dry was great on my very thick, wavy hair, and it was a good taster of what the full treatment might be. Perhaps when there is a deal for that I can use it.
As soon as I arrived, i've been offered to sit down on a nice sofa and i helped myself with a hot cocoa from the machine. i didn't wait long before Tom, my stylist, came for me.
I had long curly hair and i wanted something different. i definitely needed a good trim. i explained to him my lifestyle, that i'm useless with my hair etc and he said that a long bob with front locks longer than the neck ones would be lovely. i was so pleased and relieved because that's what i had in mind but i wanted a professional point of view first.
He cut my hair and gave it a blow dry. he was very pleasant: neither a chatterbox nor boringly silent.
When he finished i was very happy with the result: a real stylish haircut, easy to maintain. It's very rare that i'm that pleased with a haircut but this time i was. it's been almost a month and i still love it.
If Treatwell makes another offer for Lisa Shepherd, i will definitely go back and ask for Tom.

All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the colourist Sara was SUPERB as was Luke and a special mention to Louie for a head massage to die for.I had gone there with a groupon coupon and to be honest did not expect to get the full 'treatment' but I was pleasantly surprised. Excellent job all round and I would certainly recommend anyone to pay a visit.
I had my appointment with Tom and at my arrival I was advised by the recepcionist he was running a bit late, which wasn't a problem so I could sit down and have a cup of tea while flicking through magazines. It didn't take long to be called and have a chat with him and he seemed to understand what I was looking for by advising me the best style. My hair then was washed and I had a very relaxing head masssage. Before Tom started he reviewd once again my requirements. The final result was spot on! I am really happy with my new haircut... and believe me I don't say that very often!
