I had my hair trimmed and the stylist did a good jb, better than my usual hairdresser elsewhere. In addition, the styling was exactly how I had asked him. I think he told me he stylyst's name was Chris and I was very happy with the result, so I left a good tip. The salon uses Kerastase products, so you know your hair is also taken care of. Hope to go back again

This was a very good experience, aside from having to book the appointment for about a month away (they had run out of space and had no cancellations!) Also, I thought whoever was on the phone was not particularly pleasant. However, atmosphere was good (the salon is well laid out), cut was great and staff were friendly enough.

A lovely experience! The women knew exactly what to do after hearing my wants with my hair and delivered it exactly. She gave some good advice too. Very busy and would love to come back!

I was a little disappointed by the visit, the guy who washed my hair was really friendly but the stylist Jason seemed preoccupied and as if he didn't want to be there...maybe because he had hayfever...maybe becauce he knew I was a groupon customer. Either way I was glad to get out, the haircut was ok, but I've had better at my local hairdressers. The treatment didn't make any difference to my hair, no explanation was given as to what it was meant to do. Wouldn't recommend this salon and wouldn't go back.

Had a really good haircut at Lisa Shepherd. My hair stylist was called Jamie and he did a really good job. I would definitely go back to him if I could afford it. The 'conditioning treatment' was nothing special - just a blob of ordinary conditioner and I wouldn't have paid £70+ for the whole experience, but for £20 it was brilliant value.
