My stylist was running late- it's clearly a busy salon. The reception area was well equiped with Internet, papers and magazines and refreshments. The salon is quite cramped and looking a little tired, but the staff all friendly. The cut I had was good, I have had better but have most definately had worse. For the price I paid I was happy but if I had paid full price I think I would have beef disapponted as felt the process was rushed and not a Particularly relaxing experience.

I had my appointment with Tom and at my arrival I was advised by the recepcionist he was running a bit late, which wasn't a problem so I could sit down and have a cup of tea while flicking through magazines. It didn't take long to be called and have a chat with him and he seemed to understand what I was looking for by advising me the best style. My hair then was washed and I had a very relaxing head masssage. Before Tom started he reviewd once again my requirements. The final result was spot on!...

Luke washed and cut my hair. Really nice guy and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The conditioning treatment wasn't up to much though. It didn't seem to have any effect compared to other treatments I've had). I would go back for a similar deal again.

excellent staff and very accommodating look after my needs as I had an important event that afternoon. They allowed me to get ready there and had me ready to leave in the time scale i had.

The staff were good. My hair was washed really thoroughly and a nice surprise was that the seats had a back massage while having your hair washed and conditioned with a lovely head massage too.
