The pictures on the Lisa Shepherd website make the salon look deceptively larger than what it really is - but this does not detract from the great experience that I had!
I arrived early for my appointment and was directed to the small waiting area, with a TV, complimentary tea/coffee and a few magazines to keep me occupied. I was even offered as much wine as I wanted to sip on whilst I was getting my haircut!
The gentleman cutting my hair was extremely friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. In the past, I have always asked hairdressers what they believe would suit me, to which I have always been given the 'it's up to you' response... However, the hairdresser here actually offered me his own recommendation which I decided to go for - and it turned out fab!
The Keratin treatment didn't really do anything for me to be honest, or at least anything that I could notice. It was literally a small amount of conditioner that was added to my hair after shampooing. But as this was an extra bonus to the deal, I didn't really mind.
Overall I had a good experience. I left the salon feeling great! Amazing what a new haircut can do!

I have been to Lisa Shepherd before and it was a good experience. So when I saw this deal a couple of months ago, I just snapped it up right away. Service was very good as usual. You don't feel that you are rushed because you come on a voucher!

I went in for a mini Brazilian blow dry not long before Christmas. A wonderful experience.
The salon was clean and stylish and the staff were friendly and well-informed. I had a mobdeal voucher for a mini Keratin blow dry and left the salon with my hair feeling and looking amazing. I have doubts about the effectiveness of Brazilian blow drying for Afro hair but would definitely be good for a special occasion or a short break.
