I visited the salon on a Monday morning, hence rating the ambience as 'OK'... Luke was lovely, really friendly and chatty and took on board exactly what I wanted - a haircut that's easy to style and look after. The massage chairs while you're having your hair washed are a nice touch too! Would recommend.

When I walked in the receptionist was fantastic, friendly and helpful. She lead me round to the waiting area which has mac books, internet access, magazines, newspapers and a fridge full of fizz, wine and coffee machine. (You can help yourself to anything which was a pleasant suprise). The hairdresser was fantastic and I was pleased with my hair. Only down side was there was no lock on the one toilet which meant I walked in on a girl... not the nicest. Hopefully that will be fixed soon. Otherwise a perfect experience!

The venue is contempory and it looks as though it should have a good vibe, but it was all a bit flat. Luckily the guy (I think he's the trainee) who washed my hair was brilliant and completely uplifted the experience. The stylist gave me an ok hair cut, but he wasn't particularly engaging, which is why I probably wouldn't go back to the salon.

My friend and I went to Lisa Shepherd’s for a haircut and conditioning treatment with the Treatwell mobdeal. The salon is centrally located and modern. The staff were pleasant and friendly and kept offering drinks. Good value deal and I was pleased with the haircut. The stylist that cut my friend's hair did a fabulous job, she was very impressed.

I received a very warm welcome on entering the salon and was made to feel like a valued customer. I was impressed by the services that the salon provided; from the selection of beverages to the internet ready Apple laptop that was accessible for customers. My experience was continually pleasant at the option of having my feet up and back massaged whilst having a shampoo - and thereafter whilst my hair was cut. The stylist took the time to ask me what I wanted and gave good suggestions. I was extremely pleased with the final result! All in all a good salon all round, and I would definately recommend.
