Very nice people, good salon and great deal...what's not to love? My Treatwell haircut, conditioning and blow-dry at Lisa Shepherd was excellent. The salon wasn't very busy so I was attended to instantly, which was a shame since there were free drinks and great mags on offer!

I got a Treatwell voucher for haircut, blowdry and conditioning treatment. The haircut was great and the stylist really took time to understand what I like and don't like, and I felt like a valued customer. In fact, I was so pleased with the results and the stylist, that I booked an appointment for colouring as well. I'd never coloured my hair before that, but I had confidence in these guys and they sure delivered. All the staff were lovely and unpretentious, I loved everything about my experience and I'm making this my regular salon!

I am very happy about my haircut, although I have to say that, even though the voucher mentioned a hair stylist level 3, mine was level 1.
Apart from that, eveyrthing was pretty good.

The experience was supposed to include haircut and treatment. The treatment was hair conditioning which they used after washing my hair... As if in a decent salon someone would wash your hair without hair conditioning... My hairdresser was OK, but not more than that. He dominated with his opinion not listening to what I really wanted. I has an OK haircut at the end but it was worth 20 Pounds, not more, would never go there for a full price.
