The deal was for a glass of bubbly too. It is not 'offered' but the wine is in the fridge with other 'cold drinks' . Do you open a bottle yourself.
the head massage was a bit rough and the person washing the hair should be better aware that tall people need to sit differently. The chair was a massage chair but did not touch my back.
The cut was good but the blowdry was poor. That is of minor importance to me as I when i dry it at home the cut shines through.
Went along because I got a cheap voucher. It felt cheap and conveyor belt like. I gave a cash tip at the reception and the girl put it in the till. Doubt he will see it. Haircut very average. Wouldn't go back
my haircut looked great it was just the style i was hoping for as the hairstylist took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and he gave me lots of advice on how to blow dry my hair to give it a more voluminous look and advised on products which I found very helpful.
This is great value for money. The salon is lovely with drinks, fruit, water, laptops to surf while you are waiting. The chairs while hair is being washed are massaging which was nice and the stylist was really friendly and did a great cut!
The venue was perfect, easily located near Topshop in Oxford Circus.
The staff was friendly and the stylist was brilliant offering advice and how to maintain the hair cut.
Good service, good staff, good advice, perfect would go back again.
