Went for a highlight and gloss treatment. I don't usually color my hair so it was a new experience to me. Louie did a great job. I am very happy with the highlights and the gloss. His assistant was lovely too. Very helpful and they all took good care of me. I think my hair looks great! i'd definitely recommend this and go again!
Great deal and great experience! Very easy to book an appointement---went on my lunch break as work close by, very happy with my haircut!!! Lovely service and fantastic place---would highly recommend!!! On way out received 30% off for my next visit---deffinately will be going back!!!
I had a voucher for a cut and blow which expired in August. I called 10 days before the voucher expired and I was told that there weren't any slots available on any day or time in the next 10 days!! When I asked how early I had to book to ensure a booking they said at least two weeks ahead! So I ended up losing my voucher :( My advice to anyone who has any vouchers from this venue: book early to avoid disappointment!!
Really please with the salon and the cut. Its clean and modern and welcoming with drinks offered on arrival. The cut was done very well and I left wanting to go back.
The Lisa Shepherd London salon is spacious, clean, bright and quiet – thoughtfully designed and laid out with the customer's comfort and experience in mind. Unlike many salons, chairs are spaced well apart for client privacy. Music is tastefully selected and played relatively softly rather than blasted, meaning you don’t have to shout while speaking. Staff are professional and know what they are doing.
Tom, my stylist did a great job shaping my hair, taking off excess weight. He also gave me tips on products to use on my hair and how to blow-dry. His blow-drying technique is brilliant and made my hair sit beautifully neat and straight, something unfortunately I have not been able to produce even though I tried the technique he suggested. I left the salon feeling great. However, I have to admit that I can’t help feeling somewhat disappointed that the cut has not ‘performed’ so well for me in the following weeks. For me, a great cut leaves your hair sitting well naturally and easier to manage. Unfortunately, although I left the salon with my hair looking and feeling fantastic, it has been quite difficult for me to style it myself. Although it looks good immediately after washing and blow drying in the morning, it soon becomes frizzy and sections begin to stick out and do their own thing as the day goes. Although my hair does have a natural tendency towards frizz, blow-drying normally takes care of it and it normally sits fine during the day. So for this reason, I’m not entirely sure what to make of the quality of the cut. Although it looked great and was well shaped, I have had trouble managing it and getting it to sit and stay.
Overall though, I thought the salon was excellent, efficient and very well run and would highly recommend it.
