All the staff were very welcoming. Not a crowded space. Made to feel really comfortable. Was given great advice about looking after my hair. Hair looked and felt amazing. Would go again.
I was very happy with the cut; checking myself out in shop windows all day afterwards!! Family and friends all had very positive reactions to my lovely new bob too. I would definitely go back to this salon again.

What a great experience ! The salon is situated in heart of West End and is very buzzy. It feels like ladies club, after your treatment (or even while you waiting for colourt to develop) youre invited to make yourself hot drink, fridge is well stocked with complimentary wine, fruit bowl waiting, Tv screen, make up bar, all complimentary..... The service was absolutely great. I had few slices of colour blended in and blow dry - one of my best experiences of hair salon ever ! Will be back soon .
the salon was nice and clean. Its a bit off the main road but still quite ok to find. Staff is helpful and friendly and really took their time explaining the procedure. Overall i think the brazilian blow dry as a product might not be for me. I wasnt overwhelmed by the results but the salon itself was good.
