The facilities here are great, you can help yourself to hot and cold drinks, there are even computers with internet access to use while you wait. The staff are very friendly. I bought this deal for my daughter and I like her haircut though she isn't entirely happy. She had very long hair and ended up having it cut shorter than she intended, but I think it is a good cut - so overall satisfactory but not sensational.
Absolutely brilliant salon. Walked in and was greeted so nicely, taken to the waiting area with a fridge full of alcohol (there was a coffee/tea machine too but who cares about that) and internet access, magazines etc... I was seen right on time and given a proper consultation with my stylist Luke who was amazing. Hair washed well with good scalp massage (treatment included in the offer wasn't a leave on, it was v quick), blow dry amazing and treated like a princess throughout. Will definately be going back to use my discount voucher they gave me upon leaving, and will have to save up to start going there regularly. Highly recommended!
My hairdresser (Reena) was lovely and I got a fantastic haircut and blow dry so would definitely recommend her. However I didn't get the conditioning treatment which was part of the deal and was not offered a glass of wine (again part of the deal) but was told I could help myself to tea or coffee. When I spoke to the receptionist on the way out about another deal I had booked she was really rude and said it wouldn't be valid (it was - this was clarified by the manager). I also advised that I hadn't had the conditioning treatment to which she replied "I'm sure you have". Would recommend Reena but disappointed with the rude receptionist and the fact I didn't get everything that was included in the deal.
I bought a voucher a while ago, went there and had the best haircut ever by Jamie. I struggled to get an appointment the second time and went to Bibas instead. The hairdresser messed up my hair completely to the point that I had it tied back all the time because I was so conscious of the uneven haircut. I called Lisa shepherd and booked an appointment with Jamie who cut my hair the first time. I got the appointment within less than a week. I was devastated and didn't want to cut so much hair to fix it as my hair is curly and it would look awful so short. He could tell straight away what was wrong with my haircut and fixed it without taking off so much hair so now it looks fabulous again. Lesson learned, I will always go back to Lisa Shepherd and get Jamie to cut and style my hair.
I bought the 20£ deal and was excited to go and have a haircut. the stylist who was a senior couldn't have cared less about me or my treatment jesus christ he almost made me apologise for being there and asking him to work nightmare i was in and out within 30 min which was the quickest haircut in my life ever! had to rush to an appointment so had no time to check the haircut which was a big mistake because i haven't had such a bad haircut since i was 8. i wish i can get my hard earned £20 back :(
