One of the best deals I've purchased on Wahanda. Even though I was late, the stylist was dfantastic and still awarded me full treatment time. The stylist was fantastic and did not go scissor crazy but actually listened to what I wanted done. Great value for money, will definitely return.
I had a Brazilian blow dry and I was very impressed. I’m not easily impressed so that is quite a statement! The salon is as nice as all the reviews say it is. The person who gave me the blowdry was a trainee hairdresser and my immediate reaction was that it wouldn’t be so great. But I was wrong. She was very thorough and gave me some tips for when I blow dry my hair. It did take me a very long time to get an appointment but I was using a mobdeal so perhaps if I was paying full price it wouldn’t have taken as long. I would definitely go back to them.
The haircut and blowdry was excellent value for money and the staff very pleasant and caring. The salon is well located in central London for added shopping experience. Only disapointment was that there was no sign of the wine which was part of the deal and I didn't wish to look like an old soak by asking for it!!
I was really impressed with this salon, from start to finish. There's a brilliant waiting area with ipads to play on and great complimentary refreshments. My stylist was Lee and he gave me a super cut, exactly what I asked for. He instinctively picked up that I didn't want to chat too much and left me alone to read a magazine and sip my wine. I have already recommended the salon, and Lee in particular, to friends - I really can't rate this place too highly.
I'd love to be able to review the salon properly, but I've been trying for weeks to make an appointment via email (as this is the method they request you book by) to use my Groupon voucher for a Brazilian blow dry. The first time I emailed, they thought I was a regular customer, so they replied back to my email within a couple of hours to invite me for a consultation to agree the price. However, once I'd replied to say I had pre-paid via Groupon they haven't replied to any of my emails, and it's been WEEKS. Reading other reviews here, it seems this isn't an isolated case - I'm really sad to see that the salon seems to have so little respect for their Groupon customers - if they don't want us to actually come to the salon and redeem our vouchers, why offer the deal on Groupon in the first place?
