This deal was brilliant value for money and it still felt like a luxury treatment. The staff were very professional and the complimentary refreshments and use of laptops were a nice touch and made me enjoy the experience more. The salon had excellent facilities and it was spotless. This is the 2nd Brazilian blow dry I've had (the first one at another salon) but this felt completely different - it left my hair feeling light and smooth...not heavy and itchy where I was dying to wash it when the 3 days was up. I would definitely recommend this salon.
I was very pleased with the treatment as well as the atmosphere and overall service. It's located in central london and therefore easy to get there. The staff is very nice and I'm looking forward to going there again.
This was a very positive experience once I got there. The tricky bit was making the appointment. No response through the `'official" channel. In the end I resorted to a little trick. I just emailed them saying I wanted to make an appointment for a Keratin treatment, not mentioning any vouchers. They got back to me straight away. Only after the appointment was made did I say that I would be using a Wahanda vouchers. That worked... Anyway, the place is nice, professional, with good facilities. Would possibly go back, but not for a Keratin treatment at full price. Although my hair is now in a nice condition, it was a rather simple procedure, not even taking that much time. So, the normal price seems far to expensive for what it is.
I had a Keratin treatement here before and was really pleased with the results that time. After my second visit I was really disappointed, my hair is just as frizzy as it was before the treatment, it hasn't changed anything really, three hours in the salon chair was NOT worth it. The therapist who did my hair didn't seem to use as much product as the first time I had it done and wasn't as meticulous as the girl that did it last time. It's really disappointing that I didn't have the same quality that I experienced the first time.
The salon was plush and modern and the staff welcoming. I was offered a complimentary drink and looked after by my hairdresser who was skilled and easy to chat to. My hair looked fabulous when I left the salon and I was given hair care information to ensure the treatment lasted well. My hair is much shinier and healthy looking and less tangled when I wash it. The hair is not as straight and defuzzed as I would have hoped but I have fine hair and lots of it so I guess the results differ for everyone. It is no reflection on the skill of the salon itself as they really took time to coat every hair with the keratin and even though I paid less through Wahanda was not treated any less as a customer. Full marks Lisa Shepherd - I will be back and would recommend this salon.
