The stylist I saw was pleasant and did a reasonable job of cutting my hair. However, the ambience of the salon was lacking, and the other staff were not very helpful or friendly. I don't think I will be going back there.
Although I had to wait a bit for the stylist to be available, it was well worth it and there was entertainment and refreshment on hand in the very comfortable waiting area. It was a very professional shampoo, conditioning treatment, cut and blow dry by friendly,expert staff. The salon was excellently appointed, all in all one of the best experiences ever. The only downside was the non-appearance of the promised glass of wine!
This is a great central London Salon. The treatment worked well, the sytlists knew their stuff and were really friendly. Definitley worth a try at this price, worked well on my naturally curly and sometimes frizzy hair!
This was my second time at Lisa Shepherd and, as the experience had been excellent the first time, I had looked out for a further voucher promotion by the salon on Wahanda. I had my hair trimmed and blow-dried, nothing particularly difficult but the staff is professional and competent anyway. They use all mainstream brands of hair products, the location is terrific too
My stylist was Luke, who knew what he was talking about. He understood what what I didn't want and didn't like and was confident in suggesting a cut and shape for me based on my initial comments. There was no annoying 'small talk' and Luke was pleasant but got down to business. I was happy with the cut and the blow dry was exceptional. Overall a really positive experience and I would book with Luke again.
