I had a balayage and finish with Roland, one of the senior stylists. This was a second time getting balayage done and I wanted to freshen up the colour. Whereas previously I was shown some colour samples as to what shade I might expect at the end, Roland consulted me on the placement and we agreed it would be to an effect of some photographs that I showed.
The end result is ok. In comparison with the previous experience of balayage, I wouldn't say it was worth the price paid. The blow dry was good but I feel the colour is far from what I had in mind and pieces of hair on the underside have not taken to the colour well, perhaps because the dye wasn't left on long enough.
The blowdry was good and though the appointment did overrun, it wasn't rushed towards the end.
I found the wash basins to be very uncomfortable when having my hair washed and conditioned, was quite literally a pain in the neck.

The staff was very friendly, the Brazilian waxing was very quick (about 10/15mn) and well done even though it was not perfect (but it's extremely hard to find a beauty institute that does a perfect Brazilian!). Overall I would say it's a very good value for money, especially in London.

It was an unpleasant experience. I paid for Ombre / Dip Dye Incl. Roots Colour service. The reason why I pick Muse of London because I want to Dip Dye my hair to a pink ending hair and I don't want Ombre. I thought I can get to choose either Ombre or Dip Dye because of their description. However, the Stylist explained some reason that I can't dip dye my hair to pink ending hair but can only do the Ombre or only dye the root. (But I already paid for the full services) So I agreed to do the Ombre hair, the result ends up okay, but it's just not what I want. My English is not native and when I ask the Stylist more question about how I can dip dye my hair next time. She totally lost her cool, and she told me: "I have already explained to you." and then she just walk away without saying goodbye. The other staff in Muse of London are nice and friendly, it's just my stylist isn'it.
