I have had my nails done hear several times but the lady who serviced me this time was not very good I asked for short nails she filed my nails below my nail line even after I told her not to my fingers are now extremely sore and gel has already chipped I won't be going back here which is a shame.
This hair Salon is so convenient, the Staff is good and well trained, it is a young enviroment loud music and not a zen salon! It puts you in the mood if you are going out ;)
For me I prefer quiter enviroments as I am a bit older but it is a personal preference.
The colour was great, but the extra charge for a fringe trim was a bit stingy, considering most good salons offer it for free with another treatment.
Hannah was my stylist and I couldn't have been more pleased with her work. I was a bit wary as I had no clue what colour my hair would be when I left the salon and after bleaching my whole head a section of my hair had turned a bright orange. However, she was incredibly calm throughout the whole time which put me at ease. She listened patiently to what I eventually want to achieve and told me honestly that she did not think it was achievable within the appointment. Although I didn't come out of the appointment with the hair colour I had hoped for, I absolutely loved the colour she had given me and was impressed that she used 2 different toners to blend my hair colour better. This was the first time a stylist had suggested this, whilst other stylists I have been to have applied one toner throughout my hair knowing that the colour would be different in areas. All in all my experience with Hannah was amazing and I will be booking and recommending others to her.
I was slightly disappointed by the pedi. I would have expected more time to be spent on the bottom of my feet removing the hard skin. This is what I have experienced elsewhere before.
