HORRIBLE experience!! I arrived and I was made waiting for 20minutes without explanation. While I was waiting at the venue I noticed that I had a misses call and voicemail saying my appointment was cancelled (10minutes before the appointment!). When I asked why I was made waiting for so long, finally I was assigned an hairdresser which was junior stylist and not stylist as I paid for in advance on Treatwell. I was promised free products for compensate my waiting but at the end they then 'forgot' to give to me before I left. The haircut and blow dry lasted 1h and 40min, instead of the 1 hour slot I booked (and as it normally takes for same treatment in other salons). Result: 1hour delay in total so I missed the booking for a nice dinner with family I planned weeks in advance. Stress and anger is not what you want to get from an expensive hairdresser!!!
