The girl was super nice and did a great JOB!! I burnt my hair on a candle light and 1/4 of my hair was shorter than the rest.. she did a fantastic job and my hair is still long!

Salon is really convenient to get to when you're in the middle of London and it certainly is nice - the Moet definitely had me enjoying this experience a whole lot! Sadly, I'm not entirely sure if I would come back because of their organisation. I had booked it last minute the night before for my anniversary party but only an hour before my appointment, they called me to come in 30 mins before otherwise they'll have to reschedule it!! I was not impressed considering I hadn't eaten anything all day so was going to grab something to eat plus getting there within that time was a real stretch and frustrating. I somehow managed to make it without eating anything and was attended to after 10 mins (weird to have been waiting around after they rushed me to get there early and no apologies or thank you from them for the effort I had made to work around them - I mean, what's the point of them being on Treatwell?!). I have to say that the lady who did do my hair was absolutely lovely though and did a great job on my hair but I then waited over 30 mins for another stylist to simply do my blow dry and I had a make up appointment to get to! At this point I was pretty fed up, a 2 hour and 30 mins treatment took 3 hours and 30 mins of my time, although she did try to do the best she could with the limited amount of time I had - in essence, I shouldn't of been charged for a blow dry as it was a 15 minute job ending with 10 mins worth of GHD curls but I do admit my hair looked good. If it wasn't for the nice stylist who did my hair, this would have easily been a 1 star review.
