Wax was good as usual - clean and quick, really good value and I'd definitely recommend. The hot wax was a little too hot though on my last visit and I wasn't asked if the temperature was okay - I'm sure I have been in the past but otherwise all good

Excellent haircut and Balyage by Francesca. Slight issue with her being roped into taking on another client, which meant there was a delay on my haircut, however it was the salon's fault. Would definitely go back to Fran.
