The therapist was very welcoming and thorough in what she was doing. They even offer a glass of prosecco which is an added bonus

I booked in for a full-head balayage but when I arrived I was told that I would have to pay extra for my roots. This meant the haircut was way out of my budget but I wasn't left with much other choice. I was also told that I would have to blow-dry my hair myself as this would also cost extra and the hairdresser did not have time before other bookings anyway. I don't know if this is the fault of the salon or Treatwell but it should have been made clear before booking. Having said that, Sara did a wonderful job on my hair and was really friendly and accommodating throughout!
