My experience af Muse of London was great! Everyone I interacted with was very kind and attentive. Sarah, the stylist, was lovely. I asked for a natural looking balayage and she gave me just that. She was also kind enough to blow dry my hair, which I don’t think was part of the package I originally purchased. I am super pleased with the outcome and recommend this salon highly.

Great value for money and an amazing balayage. Sarah was really careful to listen and give me exactly what I want. Two glasses of complimentary prosecco and a really great colour. Could recommend more!!

This is a beautiful salon and the staff are lovely however this is probably the worst definition brow I’ve ever had. Shape, is not very good, tint hasn’t lasted a day and so many hairs missed I had to pluck when I get home. I’m afraid I’ve had a better definition brow at Superdrug for £12
