had a balayage with Francesca and she is brilliant, very nice and did a great job.
Also had a Brazilian waxing and Ana Maria was very nice and professional - very happy with the result

I came out very satisfied with the health and style of my hair and had a lovely chat with the girl doing my hair also. Would definitely recommend coming here for a haircut.

On entering the salon 3 staff where at reception and asked if I was Jessica on saying no one girl realised I was there for my nails and asked if I had been asked to come early which confused me as I was only 10mins early for my appointment.
I was slightly early for my appiontment so had to sit in the waiting area which felt a bit messy, along with the hair salon - there where hair die pots everywhere.
When I did get my nails done it felt very rushed. I never had the full time on the drying light, she just kept changing it and telling me to swap hands. There was also no attempt made at small talk. I was the only person getting my nails done and it just felt a bit awkward. I am disappointed as I was impressed with my first visit and the care and attention the beautician paid to my nails. Although my nails look good, the over all experience was very disappointing.

Sarah and Francesca extremely rude and unprofessional. My appointments got changed last minute twice. Not happy with the balayage, looks patchy and orange.
