One of the worst blow drys ever. Pulled at my hair, nails poked into my head. Blow dry looked as it was, rushed. Alone with an insult! Terrible. She clearly hates the job & needs to do something else. A previous visit here was very good but I probably would not go back because of this experience.

Overall, my experience was a good one. The most important thing was that my hair would be done the way I hoped it would be - and at this Muse of London excelled. Robbie and Danielle did an AMAZING job with my colour (it’s the best my hair has ever looked), and also with the blow dry. So, I can only recommend these stylists. They are also professional, friendly and listen to what you want to get done carefully. Muse of London was also very accommodating with changing appointment times when I ran into unforeseen trouble and couldn’t make the first appointment. However, I do think the salon can improve cleanliness. Previous clients’ hair cuttings were left on the counters and chairs, and the basins weren’t properly cleaned after every use. This, along with waiting times, does affect the quality of the experience and the value of the treatment (it’s still not cheap).
