Siobhan was really lovely and friendly - I thought she was the best part about my visit and gave me a great cut. I was disappointed at being left hanging on the sink whilst my hair was being dyed - I could have been moved into a chair to save my neck the strain. The lady who washed my hair was brusque and unfriendly. She washed my hair with cold water and didn't think to offer me a drink. I got good value because of a last - minute offer but I don't think I'd have been happy to pay full price for the service I got.
