First time coming to this salon. Had a Brazilian wax here, girl who did it was lovely, very friendly and professional. My only concern was she was ‘double dipping’ the wooden stick in the wax, I’m not sure how hygienic that is, other places I’ve been to use a new stick each time - which I feel more comfortable with. Some of the hairs seem to have snapped instead of being pulled from the root which is a bit annoying as they’ll grow back quickly. Not sure if this was the technique used or just the hair itself. The price was reasonable for central London.

Needed to fix the roots after a bad set of highlights I had received elsewhere, and this treatment was everything I needed, the colour was spot on and made my hair look much more natural overall while retaining the brightness I had been after for the summer - I will be returning!!
