I did my roots & balayage with Roland the 1st time & he was excellent. The 2nd time i went for my roots & Thibault alought very kind, he decided without telling me to put semi-permanent(???)color with result NONE of my grey hair covered at all. I desided to give it a 2nd try, I booked with Deira but Nikki did my roots. I told her I wanted my roots in my natural brown color & instead I left with brassy orange roots & not brown. I dye my hair for years & its the 1st time that look orange and awful. Now I need to pay more money to correct the color. Completely disappointed.
Amazing service as always! Highlights exactly how I asked for them. Love this salon!

Sad to say that my experience was very disappointing :( the lady that did my lashes was lovely and they initially looked fab! 1 week later about 60% had fallen out taking many of my natural lashes with them! Now two weeks on not a single ones left. Such a bad first experience with eyelash extensions.
