Salon was nice upstairs but the beauty section downstairs wasn't as nice, not really any ambiance. This was my first time having eyelash extensions. They seem to be holding up ok so far, however it did seem some were a little droopy on one side due to not being close enough to the lash root.

I did my roots & balayage with Roland the 1st time & he was excellent. The 2nd time i went for my roots & Thibault alought very kind, he decided without telling me to put semi-permanent(???)color with result NONE of my grey hair covered at all. I desided to give it a 2nd try, I booked with Deira but Nikki did my roots. I told her I wanted my roots in my natural brown color & instead I left with brassy orange roots & not brown. I dye my hair for years & its the 1st time that look orange and awful. Now I need to pay more money to correct the color. Completely disappointed.
