The location is good and the place itself seemed clean. However, the staff in general seemed to be so busy that it created a feeling of them not giving enough attention to their customers when you ask them certain questions. The lady who did a gel polish manicure was rushing a lot because apparently another customer was already waiting but the overall manicure was good, but started to peel off after 1st week, although it usually lasts 3 weeks.

Loved it! Nissa is amazing! I had the Hollywood waxing and I was hurting as it was the third time I did it. So she kept distracting me to forget about it and was so pleasant. I will definitely go back! Plus I love the vibe of this place. I was late as well so they didn’t cancel my appointment but I waited for a later one. Thank you guys!
