Happy overall with the experience. However having shorter length hair, I feel slightly cheated that the haircut took no more than 10 mins, yet cost the same as if it had taken 30 mins!

The location is good and the place itself seemed clean. However, the staff in general seemed to be so busy that it created a feeling of them not giving enough attention to their customers when you ask them certain questions. The lady who did a gel polish manicure was rushing a lot because apparently another customer was already waiting but the overall manicure was good, but started to peel off after 1st week, although it usually lasts 3 weeks.
