The procedure is described as a Facial however it is not. It is a microdermabrasion procedure. The procedure itself was good and made my skin feel a lot nicer/cleaner. The staff were really chatty and when I was supposed to be having my "10 minutes relaxation" they were right outside the paper thin wall and I felt like I was in the middle of their conversation. Overall, an okay procedure which delivered results but the experience itself was not that great.

Hair stylist left half way through, and was slightly unnerved to be left waiting for someone to come and take over. However, colour is good and was good value with last minute discount.

I had a newer girl called Ellie who was lovely and did an amazing job on my hair. Despite her being asked to do lots of other jobs she was friendly and attentive and I’m very happy with my hair.
