I decided to pay extra for a senior stylist to colour and cut my hair and I was looking forward to the experience as it’s not often I pay to get myself pampered. She didn’t introduce herself to me and mid treatment left the salon without saying anything to me and I was left with a junior member of staff to wash and cut and blow dry even though I had paid for a senior stylist, I asked her where the stylist disappeared to she told me she had finished her shift. Bizarre, this has never happened to me at a salon before and not the service I expect. I didn’t get what I paid for. I put a complaint in but so far I have not heard back. Sadly I will not go back and would not recommend as the salon seems to be in chaos and unorganised. It’s a shame as there seem to be some really nice girls working there too.

This was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded, so I don't have anything to compare it to... however, my experience was very positive and I've received a number of compliments on the new shape of my brows. I also received tips on how to maintain them going forwards. I'd be happy to go back!

The procedure is described as a Facial however it is not. It is a microdermabrasion procedure. The procedure itself was good and made my skin feel a lot nicer/cleaner. The staff were really chatty and when I was supposed to be having my "10 minutes relaxation" they were right outside the paper thin wall and I felt like I was in the middle of their conversation. Overall, an okay procedure which delivered results but the experience itself was not that great.
